"If you're a school leader, Blending Leadership is the book you need to guide your thinking in today's increasingly networked educational environment. Your students and staff may have varying degrees of comfort with technology, but this book will give you solid guidance on how to lead them both online and offline and chart a path to the future."

"This engaging book is a must read and must use for every educator whether in a classroom or an administrative office. It's chock full of valuable information on how to connect and be informed by digital resources for leadership effectiveness. Most important, Blending Leadership identifies a new style of leading with digital intelligence that has been happening without recognition. The authors do a great job of living up to their title, "blending leadership," because all of the suggested actions to become better leaders in this new era have specific distinctions that mix specific, easy to follow online and offline leadership tactics.
Daniel Pink, told us in a Whole New Mind that everyone is now in sales; everyone is either selling ideas, beliefs, products, or solutions one way or another, and to successfully sell and influence others you need to take ownership and leadership to provide a vision for a better path. This books shows you how to do that in our new modern era of the social economy technium that is built on core rapidly evolving mobile and cloud technology platforms. We need new strategies and tactics to use these technology platforms to better communicate and lead others.
Even just previewing the creative diagrams will provide you with immediate insights that will inspire you to take action today to become a more impactful, respected, and innovative leader. I've ordered several digital and hard copies for my peers at work and friends.

With the insight I gained from this book, I'll be an agile and more adaptive leader that will be conscious of the medium which I'll choose to communicate to others. Always innovating how I choose to collaborate with othere teams is another habit this book inspired me to commit to. It makes perfect sense that one of the Authors, Dr. Reshan Richard would be apart of such an amazing book. His Explain Everything app for iPad, iPhone, Chromeboks, and Windows 10 touch screen devices, is the most innovative collaboration app in any of those app stores. If you want to achieve better agility in learning or communicating quickly, download and use this app and buy blending leadership! It only took me a couple hours of creating screen recording content for my work with the EE iPhone and iPad apps to convince me that these apps could be one of the most important learning apps on the app store that will help bring true democratized development and access to vital life learning subjects to everyone. The new leadership and communication concepts in these book will help anyone elevate their overall effectiveness and I'm very thankful to have access to this book.
