Training at The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas strengthened Christy's knowledge of nutrition and diet, and deepened her passion for food and the world around her. After graduating, she moved back to Los Angeles to follow her new dream of helping others to find the balance and health benefits that she was now experiencing. My son loved it, so that's saying a lot.
We also ate up the peanut butter mousse and ginger cookies, even my omni husband. I didn't tell him there was tofu in the mousse and he doesn't need to know.
Polenta fries are up next with pan fried tofu with carrot ginger sauce.
Next, the penne with creamy red pepper sauce.
Making the chewy trail mix bars for afternoon snacks.
Last on this week's list is the Indian pizza with mango chutney.
Everything looks and sounds do delicious.
