This book had me feeling so many different emotions it was like a roller coaster ride but I couldn’t put it down. I would so recommend this book to people who enjoy ménage books. In this book, we have Jenny, who is dating Ryan. She is best friends with Kelly, who is dating Dan. They have all been friends since college. Jenny & Dan went up to his family cabin for the weekend, as they were to meet up with Kelly & Ryan. However, a snowstorm hits, and only Jenny & Dan actually make it to the cabin. Snowed in, and now, without power, it's just the two of them, they talk, play board games, cook. Dan confesses that he's always had a crush on Jenny, and it was a shame they didn't actually get together first.

Just WOW! Hot doesn't come close to describing this book. And if you are familiar to Red Phoenix, you know that is her style, and one of the many reasons I enjoy her writing.
A snow storm trapped, Dan and Jenny alone together in a cabin, that was meant for them and Ryan and Kelly (Dan and Jenny's girl/boyfriend) to share for a couples weekend getaway. But what kept Dan and Jenny in, kept Ryan and Kelly out.
So much happens while Dan and Jenny are together alone, no power, nothing to do. How would you pass the time if it were you and another, that you have had an attraction to for years? Exactly! I rest my case.
Blissfully Undone, has every one of my emotions coming out, at one point or another. I have never condoned cheating on your partner (married or otherwise) but, how would you have handled this situation? So there was some anger, that turned to an ahhh, sweet kind of emotion, for Dan and Jenny really did have a connection. Then extreme anger, again, this time directed at Kelly, for all the drama she caused because, yeah, I can understand where she's coming from, her boyfriend and best friend, betrayed her. But you know what? Get over it! Move on! My next emotion was sadness,that is what I felt toward Ryan. Again, he felt betrayed, that his best friend and girlfriend had a connection,that he and Jenny never had. But he didn't want to loose 1: His girlfriend and 2: His best friend. So he proposed a compromise. He (Ryan) and Dan, share, Jenny. That woks, for a while, but, feelings come into play. Who does those feelings belong too? I'm not going to tell you. You'll have to read the book to find out the answer to that question.
As in true form for Red, this book is full of twists and turns ups and downs, rights and wrongs, jealousy, and sadly I must also say, hearty. Once you've got all these elements, you've got yourself a #1 best seller, that you should one-click to buy.

This is my second reading of this book. As with the first time, this is an intriguing story. Innocent happenstance changed the lives of four good friends, which dwindled down to three, a menage a trois, which then ended into a HEA for two people.

You really have to read this book to see how Red takes you through this adventure in her true form. You can just imagine being a fly on the wall watching how all of the circumstances of life changes turned out. It is just a whirlwind of events for Dan, Jenny, Ryan and Kelly. Even though you could surmise what would happen, you are never really sure of what will happen even to the end.

I am a big fan of Red and have read all of her books, and not only once. Looking forward to read more about her muses. :-)

I have to say after reading all of Brie’s Submission books and all of The Dom’s individual books I wasn’t sure what to expect from this one.
I have to admit I love how Red writes but I didn’t like the cheating aspect of this book if I’m honest.
I would rather they admitted their feelings then left their significant others.
However when they were a threesome I did like their dynamic as there has to be a dominant one and that was Dan.
I did prefer when they got together on their own but I must admit I kept waiting for something really bad to happen, like Kelly falling through the ice at the wedding so was pleased when things went smoothly.

This is a great story, although damn, I feel so sorry for Ryan. Having previously only read Brie's Submission it makes me wonder if all of Red's heroines are torn between more than one love interest. Case in point: Jenny. Dan is a real piece of work himself. But in the end all the shenanigans are in the name of love, so it can be forgiven. To be honest I was hoping for a different kind of ending, but what we got was good in it's own right. It might be a trigger for people who don't like cheating in the books, depending on your definition of cheating and how sensitive you are to the issue.

Well this is not on a par with Brie's submission. Somehow I just could not connect with the characters and for some reason it just wasn't that hot, the menage seemed forced and I really didn't feel the love. Sorry not Red's best work, which is a shame as I feel she is a talented author.
