I am an O and she is an A so it definitely takes planning but it works. I didn't start loosing weight really until I implemented one of the supplements that was suggested. . . . Sarsaparilla (NOT a diet pill). My kidneys started to function more effectively and I have lost about 4 lbs in a week with NO dehydration. My body wasn't eliminating toxins effectively and I was constantly bloated and having orange urine in the mornings until I started the Sarsaparilla.
Bottom line, your body will thank you. Read ALL of the chapter recommendations and IMPLEMENT!
Oh, and my mothers diabetes is calming down and she is visibly loosing weight. Dr. D is the real deal :-)
