It's hard to find a cracker made with nut flour that does not taste like cardboard and cat litter, but Blue Diamond crackers are always tasty and crunchy. This flavor was a new try for me and they don't disappoint (which is good because I bought a case...). They're just slightly salty with a texture and crunch sort of like pretzel thins, and large enough for charcuterie-size snacking cheeses and such. If you want something similar to a Ritz or a Saltine, this is NOT it, but they are now my favorite crackers.
