I am an avid baker. It’s a hobby and I bake several times a months, at minimum. I’m also slightly allergic to wheat, so I use almond flour more often than most bakers.

All this to say that I use a lot of almond flour. I have tried at least 12 brands of almond flour and this is my favorite. The price is the best I’ve found, but more importantly, the almonds are ground very finely and work amazingly for macarons, cookies, or cake. I never have to do an additional grind.

I use this flour to make MACARONS for fun. If you know anything about making MACARONS, you have to be precise with the weight of ingredients, and the almond flour MUST BE fine. This is the same as I get in the store, and the macarons turned out just right.
