The negatives: The documentation is good except for description of how to program the new lock codes. The master code section is all wrong and I needed to call support to reset the user code. It turns out the manufacturer keeps a record of the safe's master code and you must call them if you ever have a problem opening/programming the safe. There is no backup key - only technical support in event you can't get the safe open.
The safe appears to be branded by many different companies so check prices before you purchase. As an example, I saw this safe as a Winchester brand in Costco for around $300. Shop around for best price.
