I have been following the BLUE brand for years as they led into studio sound repro with insanely good XLR microphones like the Baby Bottle, Blue Bottle, Bottlecap, and then taking their capsule tech into USB mics like the Snowball and Yeti. They were some of the more expensive mics at first, but with the evolving landscape and competition, on Logitech buying the line and refining the offering - this is a solid bang for your buck. The Yeti is pattern adjustable depending on your needs, the isolator is good as is the extension arm and pop-screen. To get Yeti quality at this price-point with the accessories is a dream come true. As somone who has recorded, and taught podcasters over the years I am pleased to recommend this set-up with enthusiasm.
