Amazing sound improvement
The arrival of a slightly weighting box, simply packed, I pulled out the beautiful mic already one a stand. It has a variety of options for sound and even voice change. If you purchase this, make sure you download the app from Logitech called "Blue Voice" -- you and teak recordings or voice and hear it play back until you find what you want. If you want to monitor you sound, make sure your headset connects via cable. It can connect under the mic and the mic connect via USB. Since I use a mac I do not have the outdated USB, so I found cable that converts USB to USB-c and it is only 4" long. The use of an old cable is why I gave this a 4 start and because it didn't tell me about the software -- another user told me should download it..... perfect!! I still recommend this mic. I selected the "Teal" colored one and received the Black one. Since I had a podcast to do I didn't sent it back. So, when you order, review your order within the hour to see if it specifies the color you want. Enjoy !!!

Been in the music scene for a good long minute and the first pro audio company I heard of was Blue Microphones and it was for good reason.

That same reason is why this microphone is the one you see YouTubers use the most (next to the shure sm7b) and why it’s been the #1 best selling usb mic for years now.

Is it the best audio? No.
Is it the worse audio? No.
Is it budget friendly? Yes (to an extent)
Is it professional sounding? Yes. Yes. Yes.
Is it easy to learn and use? Yes.
Is it good quality? Yes.
Will it last? Yes.
Is it worth the investment? Yes and No.
Should I buy one? Yes and No.

It’s a workhorse microphone that will be there for years to come and perform the same every single time. It just depends on the work load it’s given.

This is an amateur friendly and pro grade microphone however it’s still $100 and that’s a serious investment if you’re not serious about putting it to work.

If you’re a podcaster, singer-songwriter, YouTuber, musician, rapper, voice-over actor, streamer, product reviewer and/or social media influencer then YES most definitely get one.

If you’re a hobbyist, or someone who’s unsure if they need one then No. Don’t get one. It’s better to start off with a much cheaper option that still has a great sound like the Blue Snowball or others of the same price tag.

I enjoy playing video games with friends and dabble in the world of streaming. I purchased this mic after having the “lite” version for over a year and I was NOT disappointed. It has great sound quality and can be adjusted to pick up voices/noise better in different ways (I don’t know the actual verbiage for this). It’s easily plugged into a USB port and has not given me any issues. I use it for a windows, but I’m sure it would work for any computer able to support USB attachments. Overall, really great microphone and would recommend!

This is a great starter mic for anyone who is looking to get started on YouTube, Streaming Video Games, Podcasting, or even Recording Music. The mic is a USB mic which means you don't have to purchase the extra peripherals that a condenser mic would need. This allows for better portability, being able to take your mic wherever you need it as long as you have a USB port to plug into.

I've used this mic for a few months now and I have to say, the sound quality is great, no where near professional quality but it will get the job done. The ability to switch between polar patterns with a turn of a dial allows for extreme versatility. I really like the headphone jack on the mic that allows you to hear yourself. The mic also acts as a pass through audio source, so you can plug your headphones into the mic to hear both the audio from your computer.

The mic stand itself works if you don't need to have anything directly in front of you like a keyboard, however if you're going to use this mic for streaming video games, or any activity that requires you to be able to move freely in front of you, I would highly suggest picking up a boom scissor arm type stand. If you do decide to upgrade the stand, be sure to purchase a shock mount as well. The boom mic will attach directly to the body of the mic which can allow for some mechanically transmitted noise.

This mic is definitely on the heavier side, however it does make the mic feel a little more robust and sturdy. The weight may make it hard to find a mic stand that supports the weight, however this wasn't a deal breaker for me as the pros of this mic definitely outweigh the cons.

Overall, this mic is an excellent pickup for the price (I purchased it for 89.99) for all of the features that you get with this mic.

The media could not be loaded.
 I was nervous about dropping 100 bucks on a mic but I'm (almost) completely satisfied.

Compared to my basic mics (lavalier and built-in webcam) there's obviously no comparison lol. I make short videos and the Blue Yeti has really upped my game. The quality is actually better than what I expected at this price range.
The ONLY issue I have is with the included cable, which connects from the bottom of the mic to my PC. This cable is not 100% reliable or solid. There are times when I am livestreaming and if I simply nudge the bottom of this cable, the entire sound goes out. It's incredibly annoying.
Aside from that, I'm pretty happy. This mic is plug and play. I used it right out of the box. Very nice.

The yeti is a beast that’s very durable and highly adjustable. I would suggest looking up the functions on the mic if you’re confused on the settings. But overall the mic can just be plugged in and easily used. I liked that the mic came in a black color and had a lot of versatility.

I knew this mic would be perfect for streaming and gaming because I have talked to numerous people who own/use Yeti Blue every day, and it is exactly what you want. Unless you are spending over $200. This mic is built properly, it's tough and weighty, it sounds amazing, and it's plug and use. A non-tech savvy grandmother could set this up. Pay the little extra and you're set.

The only note I will make is that if you are using a mic arm (highly suggested, professional looking and if you bump your desk with the stock table-base setup, it will cause playback) So get a microphone arm and order the mic screw adapters (on amazon) by avatarr. 1cm thread, adaptable to 19mm which is the yeti thread size. I got a mic arm at a pawn ship for $30, lucky but don't spend over $50 on a mic arm unless you are rich and starved for time. They are cheaply made and easily found at pawn/music shops.
