Cables arrived well within estimated delivery in perfect condition. One cable was not working but showed no sign of damage. Considering the low price, I had decided against making a claim. About two days later, I received an email from the vender asking if I am happy with product. After my reply, they shipped me a replacement set of cables immediately. This is service far beyond my expectations and way better than average. It goes without saying that I am very pleased with customer service and will seek out this vendor for my future purchases. Oh, and the cables are great, seem to be very well made and have very good strain relief.

A good value for a high quality cable

Although I have a box full of HDMI cables, when I got a new state-of-the-art home entertainment receiver and a new cabinet for everything I decided to rewire everything and upgrade all of my cables to the newest, latest standards. The different design of the wiring scheme also meant I didn't need 10' HDMI cables anymore, the shorter 3' cables would be perfect.

I didn't give a second thought to who I would buy the cables from. I have had perfect luck with BlueRigger and I like the quality of construction they offer.

This two cable package is priced attractively and the cables match my other HDMI cables (not that it matters, they are hidden from view). Perhaps how "stiff" the cable is ends up being a matter of preference, but in my opinion they are just right. Each drapes nicely down from the receiver to each component in a straight line with no possibility of kinking like lighter weight cables do.
I also like the way the company does business. Sure their follow-up emails are automated, but how many companies anymore thank you for buying their product and let you reply DIRECTLY to their emails instead of telling you that the email is "Do Not Reply"? Even if all things were equal and every cable in the world was identical I would still choose BlueRigger just because of their customer service.

Preimum cable for a value price: (UPDATED)

I love the BlueRigger HDMI cables I've gotten. They work great. The construction and even the packaging make them feel high end. The cable connectors are well made and I expect they will last through many plug-unplug cycles. The cable has a heavy protective cover and nice blue accents on the connectors. It's very attractive for a cable!

It supports Ethernet and Audio Return plus 3D which I don't use. I like this because of the "future proofing" it provides when I add or update my gear.

This is not my first BlueRigger cable and the others have been excellent. Thus here I am again and this HDMI cable does not disappoint.

The only very minor issue I had with one of these cables was connecting a HDMI output on a video card to a TV. The heavy plastic around the connector was a tight fit where the plug was on the computer. To be fair the plate the plug was in was slightly recessed which seems the root of the issue.

For making a product that is of premium quality at a bargain price I give the BlueRigger HDMI cable 5 stars.

Update: February 26, 2014
I had one of my cables get bent. Not the cable, the metal part of the connector. About 30 degrees off straight and the cable stopped working. This was damage that was related to an accident with a component taking a fall so while I hoped the cable might survive such an incident I can't say the problem was a cable defect.

After this happened I took a deep breath and sent an email off to BlueRigger explaining what happened with my nearly 1 year old cable. They responded promptly saying no problems and letting me know I should have a replacement in 3 to 5 days. I was very pleased with their outstanding service!

When you have a product that operates perfectly you learn the product is well made. When something goes wrong you learn about the integrity of the company. BlueRigger made me a very loyal customer with this simple replacement of an inexpensive item. Well Done BlueRigger!

Great, but.....

First, these cables are really well made. Second, I have noticed a difference in the picture quality. Third, I used these to replace some problems I was having with Amazon's cables. Every once and a while I get a bad cable. These cables are definitely great bang for the buck. However, the only problem I have with them is that they are too thick. This isn't a bad thing except for some places, I can't really get the cable to bend. So some equipment I have has cables sticking out from behind it and it looks weird. Obviously my setup is going to be different than another person's, but that's the only negative thing I have to say about them.

Lots of Choices. I Picked this One. Happy I Did!

I bought a new device which required an HDMI cable rather than the older red, white and yellow connections. I was a bit overwhelmed by the many options and wide range in price offered on Amazon. I went with these, based on positive reviews and low price. I was a little worried that I'd "get what I paid for"'; I would lose some clarity by going with a less costly option. But it's very good quality and works great. Crystal clear sound and picture!

One thought is that they're sold in different lengths, and the reading I've done says it's good not to have a longer cord than you need. If the devices are inches away from each other you're probably want a three foot not a six foot; the curling, etc. of the excess cord can compromise the audio/video transmission.

I've since bought several more and this is my go to HDMI cable. Excellent product for a great price. In fact, I haven't had any bad experiences with Amazon brand ancillary cords and devices.
