About the Artist

Fueled by base rock `n' roll excesses, the Crue crafted some of the biggest anthems of the 1980s hair metal scene. Every member of the band provided the necessary ingredients for platinum success: Vince Neil as the charming frontman, Mick Mars as the stone-cold killer on guitar, Tommy Lee as the wildman pounding the rhythms and Nikki Sixx as the brains and bass of the operation. While most of their peers have long since vanished from the Sunset Strip and fallen to the county fair circuit, Motley Crue has undergone a renaissance, embarking on a recent world tour.
