I loved my Jam Touch speaker and used it every work day but it has died. While shopping for a replacement I came across this ISMY mini speaker. I wanted something to throw in my bag when I work in the office. The reviews seemed good and the price was great. There was even a coupon to save and extra 10%. I decided to give it a try. I ordered it Saturday and it arrived the next day! This mini speaker was packaged in a small brown amazon box then inside was a very nice, very sturdy square white box. I immediately thought it was a beautiful presentation for this little speaker. It would make a lovely gift. Surprisingly the charging cable that was included was not the C type it required but along with the little operation manual, there was a small card asking to please reach out to customer service if you are unhappy. I sent an email Sunday evening and there was a reply Monday morning! They offer to send a Type C cable or give me a $3 credit. I opted for the cable since I did not have one and it would cost more than $3 to order. ISMY agreed to ship immediately. Meanwhile I received an email Tuesday that seemed unrelated to the email correspondence I'd received from ISMY. It was from the Amazon marketer KeKe USA, saying they realized the speakers were packaged with the wrong cable and they had already shipped a replacement. The new cable arrived Wednesday. NOW THAT'S FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even though my speaker was not charged before using, I used it Sunday night while baking, Monday during work, Tuesday during work and Wednesday while working until it said the battery was low and I shut it off. It has a really good sound for a mini speaker! When my work phone rings I need to quickly pause. My Jam Touch had the pause/play button on top and I could just twist to turn volume up or down, so I thought I was not going to like these controls being on the bottom of the ISMY speaker. But I'm happy to say it's not a big problem. I can quickly pick it up and press pause when needed. For this price I really like this speaker and I'm very happy with it after four days. It's exactly what I wanted.
