I love this. It's small (so easily portable) but not so small that I'm afraid I'm going to lose it (like my lightning cable to AUX dongle).
I've tested these with two of my Bluetooth devices so far, and oddly enough, while the one advertised with the aptX codex lagged very noticeably (250-500 ms if I had to guess), my old headphones (BT 2.0 or 3.0?) didn't lag noticeably enough to matter (under 100 ms), so it's probably more of earbud's issues and not this adapter's. (If this helps at all, I was testing rhythm games on my Switch).
Sound quality doesn't deteriorate from normal, there's minimal lag from at least one of my devices, and it's not hard to use once you figure it out (my instructions were fine, unlike many of the reviews, so maybe they fixed them? Also, when initially pairing, give it about 10 seconds after it looks like it's done pairing because it's not actually done; just wait for the sound to turn on/start working, and you should be good to go after that). My only complaint is that I just wish it had a longer battery life.
5/5, hopefully won't have to buy again since most things now come Bluetooth compatible but would definitely recommend.

Perfect for the Scanner radio at work or on the go!
This is exactly what ive been wanting the manufactures of scanner radios to do. I work in a large, open warehouse that manufactures aircraft right next to an airport. I cannot use in or over-the-ear devices, but I am allowed to use bone induction headsets; Aftershokz in my case. They’re great for music but when I want, or need to listen to my scanner(s), there is no Bluetooth option from any of the manufacturers of these radios to stream audio. Then I read the reviews and saw that another customer is using his on his radio and thought I would give it a try. It is PERFECT. It is exactly what I have always been longing for when it comes to listening to my scanner radios without having to block my overall sound environment and not having to blast the volume anymore, anywhere i go. I received it the same day I ordered it so that was just a bonus. It has worked flawlessly in 48hours ive had it. I will be purchasing another one so as to have a 2nd one for backup when the other is charging. So far ive gotten 6hours of run time of uninterrupted play from this unit. Pictures are of my actual unit in use on different radios-all without a hitch.

I was just about to call it a day and return this because they wouldn't pair with my headphones. I figured I'd browse the comments/reviews first and came to find out that the small "Switch" button below the pairing button is actually meant to switch the device between RX and TX mode. I pressed the button to turn the light blue and I entered pairing mode again. I then was able to pair it with my headphones without issue.
The audio quality is great and I haven't noticed any latency when using this with my PS4.
The main reason I couldn't give this thing 5 Stars is because it should have taken me 30 seconds to unbox it and connect some headphones, but instead I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why they wouldn't pair. If the manufacturer hires an individual who is more fluent in English to re-write their instructions (specifically pointing out the purpose of the 'switch' button), I think this will be a 5 Star product for sure.
