It is hard to rate this without noting some annoyance. It does what it is supposed to do. What it does not do is either come with instructions, or have a direct link to down load the same. There is additional software available, but again no information where to find it. I'm giving it five stars because it is an able product. I must have gotten the last on, because I see it is unavailable. But no worry there are several other available from other sellers they all seem to be Rui Deng meters which in past experience has offered useful enough measurement devices. It's just damned hard to find reliable support docs and software, even YouTube comes up short. After finger walking the internet death march I finally located some instructional material, but it is so generic it's hard to say that it refers to this version specifically, but seems close enough. No luck on the supposed firm ware up date and ancillary software. Found the app that connects to a phone ortablet on Google Play Store, but after reading the reviews I would not recommend installing it. Still no luck on the firm ware.
