S Freud sums it up best. I ordered 3 of these bottles and 2 of them had faulty spigots and one was leaking from the refill gasket/cap area as well. I really like the size and shape of the bottle, so if you buy one just plan on replacing the spigot with one of the higher quality igloo branded spigots.
The company offers you a one-time replacement valve in the first 30 days, but as Freud said, "I have no faith that any of their spigots work". I am currently trying to return 2 of the 3 bottles for a refund, but the company holds the customer liable for shipping. If a company sales and ships me a defective product, then they should be liable for return shipping.
I ordered one of these containers and one Bluewave container. The Bluewave is a thicker plastic than the Arrow, but I've had the Arrow for three months with no problems. Arrow is better than Bluewave in their water tap which is removable, which would be a great idea if it came with a regular cap to screw over the water cap hole when you take it to the store to refill. If anything breaks on either of these containers, it's likely to be the water tap which sticks out and is bound to get bumped and break at some point. Bluewaves tap is not removable easily (it unscrews from the inside). In addition, the design of the Arrow is better than the Bluewave. You can fill it right to the top on the Arrow container but on the Bluewave, the filling hole is below the top of the container so you can't fill it all the way.

The bottle itself is good. The spigot, however leaked all over my pantry floor and ruined the hardwood floor. The spigot does not shut down completely. Don't trust it!Published 3 months ago by Jill M.
I bought four of these, and after a few months all four spigots started dripping. I found reviews after the fact on line where many others have the same problem. Read morePublished 4 months ago by Amazon Customer
