Bob Olin worked in the Executive Search Industry for 32 years, the last 21 years in one of the world's top ten Executive Search Firms. Bob started his career with numbers, as a Business Controller. He was eventually head-hunted into the Executive Search industry, starting as a Search Consultant but soon jumped over into the Research Function and became a full-time Research Manager. He took part in over 1000 Executive Search Assignments.
Nowadays Bob is an Author, Blogger, Chairman of the Board, On-Demand Consultant, providing
