Each farm delivery is sampled hundreds of times and tested with an R5 ELISHA gluten test to ensure the absence of gluten. Advanced color-sorting removes undetected impurities. Roasting enhances that wholesome, robust flavor you expect. The oats are packaged in our 100% gluten free facility and tested for gluten again to ensure their purity. Love this oatmeal

Being Gluten and Fructose intolerant (yes my life is rough...) I am just dying to find sources of fiber and something to eat that fills me up. I was worried about eating oats because some people who are celiac really have a hard time with oats and some others are lucky enough to handle them...

lucky for me they work great! Since I'm fructose intolerant I sweeten the oatmeal with dextrose sugar and viola... I'm happy... I can go through 3 bowls of oatmeal real quick and on top of it - it's healthy!

So yeah very happy there's a gluten free oatmeal out there! Thank you!

For some reasons, it is hard to find this around where I live. I see lots of other products from Bob's Red Mill but not the quick cooking ones.
It cooks fast (2 minutes in a microwave) and tastes good.

This cereal cooks up wonderfully in the microwave. I throw in some dried fruit to cook along with it. Add sugar to taste and pour on some almond milk. A great way to start the day with this breakfast.

Hi all! It says gluten free but this oats literally played with my stomach. Too much stomach ache, diarrhea too much bloating as well.

I bought this pack based upon reviews where gluten sensitive people like me can’t eat some oats. Too much trouble for me!
