Great for gluten free baking.
This flour works well with any recipe. The 1 to 1 measure makes using conventional recipes easy. My husband makes our own breads using this flour. The loaves rise nicely giving a nice slice of bread for sandwiches and toast, unlike commercial gluten free breads that give you a small slice of bread. The taste is great, no gritty taste like some gluten free flours have.

I have ordered this product multiple times. The product itself is great but the packing was horrible. It has always had the paper flour bag packed in a plastic bag inside of a box. I requested it be shipped without the product showing. Todays order arrived in the products paper bag. The bag was filthy dirty and had rips in the paper bag through multiple layers. In one place the bag was ripped all the way through. This is not acceptable for food products to be shipped with no care taken to them. The product is not returnable so I have to keep the product and hope that the flour is useable.
Update: The company was very responsive and handled the problem very quickly and professionally. We appreciate the quick service.

We’ve been making lots of sourdough and we’re going through lots of gluten free flour. It’s pretty costly to buy in stores. I love that this is so much cheaper for the same great product. My only complaint is I’ve yet to find a good storage solution for a bag this large. Maybe a 5 gallon bucket is in order. Either way, it’s well worth the savings.
