Been using for years. So easy to use. I add blueberries and pecans or bananas. I don’t even measure anymore. I just add an egg and some coconut oil and almond milk to desired consistency. I won’t use any other pancake mix. Expensive but worth it.

I need to follow a low fodmap diet to control my IBS. These pancakes so far are the best breakfast I can eat without having gastric distress for many hours. I follow the package instructions and find that the mix is very thick, which is not a problem, but will later on try adding more liquid and see how it affects manageability and taste. For now I will continue reordering these pancake mix packages on a regular basis.
