I love these GF oats; we use them for everything from regular baked oatmeal to granola bars. Because they are the THICK oats, however, they can be a little chewy and require a little more liquid. Also, you can pulse these in the food processor for a few seconds to cut them a little finer if you need them to be not quite so thick. I know that seems silly, because you could just buy the thinner, "quick cooking" oats instead, but those are more processed and have less of the fiber and "good stuff" that the thick, rolled oats have, even if you cut them down a bit in your food processor. I had to look up an article on the differences in all the different varieties of oats to understand it. :)
The only reason I didn't give these 5 stars is simply because the price of GF oats has jumped significantly in recent months. As if they weren't pricey enough already. :(
