Not A Catastrophe If You Ordered The Wrong Item

I ordered this by mistake as I focused on price and did not realize I wasn't getting the whole grain flour. If possible I try to make a happy accident out of it. We tried it in the microwave, like another said, it burned real bad. We have not tried it in the air popper yet. I did grind up this product in the magic bullet grinder attachment. If you go slow and don't put too much in at one time, it works ok. Still, some of it won't grind up fine and leave hulls in the ground grain. But baked in bread it works out pretty well. Gluten free bread requires toasting before using. So after baking and then the toasting, it leave a little bit of crunchiness, which also has a slightly sweet kick. I like it. I only use I only use one part of this to 6 1/2 parts of other flours, so the impact isn't profound. I will be careful that I only order the flour next time.

Heard about popped sorghum and had to try it. It did not disappoint! Tiny kernels of light, fluffy sorghum that taste a lot like popcorn without the stomach upset I usually get. Popping instructions are on the package. Worth cooking with as well.

I tried several different ways to pop the Sorghum and no matter what you maybe get 10 out half a cup before it burns. I tried the stove top, microwave, instapot, flavorwave I tried with or without oil with high smoke point. there is definitely something wrong with this particular product and I can't get a refund
