The book is highly relatable, and at times, I actually felt like the book was speaking directly to me. At one point in the Mindset section of the book, I realized that if I had not worked out or had a successful day eating healthy, then I would fall off the wagon and employ a "I'll start tomorrow" mentality. The book addresses this and other common missteps that keep a person from getting into shape. The book then follows up by suggesting counter measures and provides excellent nutritional and workout information that can be used to achieve their best self. The author is clearly knowledgeable about fitness and does a good job providing different techniques for different people. The book is well-written, thought provoking, and provides great information to start and maintain a physical transformation.
All in all, the book was phenomenal and I really enjoyed it! (Terrific stories, pop culture references, and funny anecdotes throughout) I recommend it to anyone that has a desire to be the best version of themselves but just doesn't know where to start or how to go about it.
