Shipping was amazing fast and got here before estimated arrival date. Great quality and workmanship, all welds are very clean, coating is great without flaws. Installation instructions are good, just comes down to once you put the knife on the hem bumper to cut theres no turning back, measure twice and cut once. I actually measured back from the front black bumper cover about 2 inches on each side of center and made straight line, i did not curve the top cut and it made the bumper fit tight on the push bar and doesn't bounce or vibrate, i did follow the side contour marks. Only thing i had to do was move a clamp inside the engine compartment that holds the cooler hoses into the reservoir, maybe 16-19 don't have that mounting clamp.

Amazing bumper, super well built but you will have to cut your plastic bumper to make it fit, its not just an over bumper

Pros: great quality, extremely well built, very strong heavy thick steel.

Cons: installation is really quite time consuming. You have to remove your skidplate, bumper, grill, and move the cooling coil (comes with parts)

This is a great winch bumper. There is minimal cutting and relatively easy to install. I will warn that some of you may have to add an additional step not mentioned in the directions. I have hard power steering cooler lines and it made it impossible to relocate the cooler without removing the bolt for those supports. They should offer a relocation bracket but they don’t. I zip tied mine. I also don’t like the location of the license plate bracket. It covers the winch and one would have to remove the plate to use the winch.

I just received the bumper last night. Came earlier than expected. Unpackaged it and started the install of LED lightbar. The bumper appears to be very will built and definitely an improvement over the plastic bumper on the Tacoma now. Will do a follow up review once its all in. Worth the money.

UPDATE: I installed the bumper in less than 3 hours (and it took this long because of me being extra cautious). The instructions on Body Armor's website and the paper copy they send with the package are easy to follow and very well detailed. The most difficult part was making sure I had the correct measurement for cutting the plastic stock bumper. Came out perfect. Definitely improves the look and doesn't look over-the-top. Hope this is helpful.

Great lo profile bumper. Not stoked to find out it’s Chinese metal fabbed but only an impact will validate that concern. Overall simple install. DIY YouTube install vids will get you much further than the given instructions. Love the aesthetic and functionality of this affordable bumper. Put on a week ago and have had multiple strangers comment on the bumper already. 4.99/5 my only gripe is the lack of instructions both given and online on how to measure the line connecting the trim gap on top and the sides. Just a tip make sure and undercut your marks then test fit and trim if needed, worth the extra effort to ensure a snug fit.
