Thanks FLYLady for your inspiring tips on losing weight and of course Cutting Clutter too!
I lost weight AND my House lost weight too! Thanks.
This book just caught my eye while browsing, and I thought it looked good for me at this period of my life. Too many of the books out there are for the hard driving gals, who can run 5 miles or do the stair stepper for a half hour and hardly break sweat. I like this book because it is about simplicity; not going into overkill and burning out. I have started taking what they call BabySteps - learning how to shop smarter, keeping a food journal (not a new idea by any means, but it's there)setting up boundaries....all kinds of stuff for a whole better life that is conducive to weight loss. I'll be ready soon for more of the FlyLadies books....
