I always buy 1 or 2 bottles of Boiled Cider for the holidays. I use it to enhance the flavor of my pies; I use it for my candied sweet potatoes, drizzle it on top of my sweet potato casserole, use it to glaze muffins and cakes, and mix it in my baked apple nut & raisin stuffing. It adds a delicious flavor that cannot be duplicated. One of my nephews told me he thinks about my sweet potato casserole throughout the year and can't wait for the holidays to come.

This is the Secret "Sauce" that all of your baked goods need! Don't be put off by the price: by the time you buy it from other vendors and add in their shipping, the cost is the same. I just love this syrup, and I never even knew it existed. I saw it in a catalog from "King Arthur Baking" and read what all you could use it for, and purchased it. My goodness, the taste in making an apple pie is unbelievable delicious. I use it for all my apple dishes, and it's great with apple crisp, and the best part of all, is that you don't use a lot, maybe a couple of tablespoons or 1/4 to 1/2 cup. I can't be without it. Try it and see.
