To start with, be prepared to go through this book and bookmark your own chapters because you'll find yourself going along only to run into previous chapters repeating themselves. I don't know if the author did this to increase the number of pages - or what the story is here - but all of a sudden, you find yourself going through deja vu'. About three times over. You'll find when bookmarking the chapters themselves, they have screwy-Louie locations that don't go in order because depending on where you are in a repeated area, they're going to be in a few places. You should, however, wind up with approx. five main locations: Introduction, types of eggs, cooking eggs, and recipes that are broken down: eggs, salads, and lean meats with a one-week meal plan to give you an idea of how to mix and match. Unfortunately, there is no Table of Contents, hence the initial *work* involved to be able to refer back to use.
It is obvious to me that some friends got involved to review because this is really grim to get through. Any reader would find this out in short order and I've been debating on asking for a refund because it's that badly formatted. Quite frankly, I've never read a Kindle book in such bad shape that I had to write a negative review like this but the 5-star ratings are completely misleading. IT IS NOT A PROFESSIONALLY PRESENTED BOOK to warrant a $6 investment. Only the recipes save it from certain and complete demise.
