Two of these little dudes (the pellets, not the tube) will heal up just about any affliction in your mouth - canker sore, bit cheek, nervously chewed lip, you name it. Add Lysine to help heal cold sores from the inside, but use these to heal from the outside. For nasty sores you may need to use six or seven times sequentially, but I've seen no downside. For sore gums and teeth though, smear on a drop of Young Living Thieves essential oil (cheaper substitutes don't work as well, but at one drop at a time a bottle lasts a long time) with a toothpick (between teeth) or Q-tip instead, and use Periowash for maintenance.

Not sure how, but these little pills work like magic for mouth ulcers!! For 9 months straight, I had ulcers on my tongue, in the meantime, trying everything on the market. Saw these and thought "why not". So glad I did because now finally my mouth is sore free. The ulcers still try to come back but I just put a few under my tongue a few times a day and they are gone! Trust me and just try them.
