    Being in the medical field, I was dubious of the claims of the reviewers but since I have a terrible time sleeping, and once I am awake no matter if it has been over 24 hours no sleep, when I wake the night is over! Period! I take 5 pellets before I go to bed. It has been 3 weeks and am amazed how they work for me! I take it 30-45 mins before I go to bed. I don't know if they work if you awaken because I don't anymore. I did check with my doctor because I am on some prescription pain med but he said go ahead. I NO faith at all these would work!! Well they do for me! I am very sensitive to caffeine and the other night at a shower I ate chocolate and thought, get ready for a bumpy night because any caffeine will not let me rest. And it was late too! Slept just fine.

    My son has a stressful job and his mind would just keep going on over time. Very poor sleeper. He now uses them and is also amazed these work. He told me....Mother, I will try them but don't hold out much hope!" Even when he travels for his job!

It might not work if you are super charged up about something, or reading an exciting book, but under normal circumstances, it works great, and to me it is A BEDSIDE MUST.
