I have tried to get my husband on board with the natural vitamins that are recommended in Bombshell but he looks at her as a ditz. What a shame for him - she is very knowledgeable and interviewed many health specialists. I couldn't put the book down, and since then have purchased 2. One for my sister and my own. Love it. Do yourself a favor and take control of your health - esp. if cancer is in your history which it is in mine.
Personally, I find it very interesting in today's world of health-oriented written material, but also noticed this pulled in experts on medical care as well as a personal experience.
Recent material like this indicates people could live up to 120 years old. Some of us a genetically made to live long lives, and some of our lifestyles are in need of improvement.
For an actress who could probably be hanging out in the French Riviera somewhere, I am very grateful that she instead has chosen this path of teaching us what she learned with respect to taking care of herself in a healthy way. As a result, we are all benefiting in aging more gracefully. Many thanks to this generous, caring lady.
