Ramekins are great, they hold 4oz which is a bit smaller than I usually get at a restaurant but perfect for me at home.
The included recipe is fantastic, I've made it twice since getting this kit 2 weeks ago, though I do suggest not beating the mixture like it says, it made it very foamy! The second time I used the lowest setting (stir) on my stand mixture and it worked a lot better, nice and smooth on top.
However, the major drawbacks are
- really shoddy ignition - spotty at best - it'll be a click, click, click experience to light
- difficult to fill - poorly sized filler orifice?
- annoying safety catch to ignite - which I "fixed" with Gorilla glue - idiotic "safety" features that disable functionality
Today I got so ticked off that I threw it away - there you go, that's my assessment.

suck....been playing with it for an hour. Must be full of fuel because its back spraying, but won't let. It lights for a second every 12 tries. Worthless!Published 2 months ago by rose
I enjoy making my own Creme Bulle and needed the torch to add the finishing touches to it.Published 3 months ago by James. Backus
Didn't realize the torch wasn't prefilled with fluid, so needed to get and fill. Rather difficult and inconvient.Published 5 months ago by matter04
Torch doesn't properly. Sometimes unable to stop the fire. I struggled to stop fire for more than 5 mins. Especially the fire doesn't stop when the fuel is low.Published 7 months ago by ADO
