VERY VERY HAPPY, I recd this beautiful recliner within 2 dats of ordering it. Its a bit small for hubby but fits me perfect and I'm 5'10. Its so soft and comfy and looks expensive. I highly recommend this product!!!! And this is my first review ever, because I'm so impressed. I also recd great customer service.

First off: Customer service through furniture mania is extremely disappointing. They ask you the same questions multiple times and take more than a week to respond to you and will only do so unless you write multiple emails. Secondly: the chair is nice for a man cave or someone who plays video games, etc. I would not recommend this for anyone with children or elderly people as this chair naturally is reclined way too far back, it feels as though you would fall out of the chair easily. And Third: if you do decide to purchase from this place, make sure to keep the box the furniture comes in because that's all that comes with the furniture from this place, no instructions, no booklet, no warranty, etc. because if you do NOT keep that box or that box is destroyed trying to get the pieces of the furniture out of the box, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE FURNITURE. So now I'm happily out of $259 (tax included). And on a search for another recliner that will suit my family's needs. Terrible customer service and experience. And I never ever write reviews for anything and I have prime and make a lot of purchases on Amazon. Very appalled and disappointed this place is allowed to sell through Amazon

I like but wish it didn't fully recline when you pop the legs open. I would like to sit up with but with legs extended but you automatically fall back in to laying down which is great as an option but its the only option.

cheep, does what I need, but makes me want a better chair

Hindsight is 20/20 vision, I have learned that I will have to find a better chair. this one was easy to assemble, I does swivel and rock, my problem with it is that it does not hold the middle recliner position very well. I also see that the material the chair is made from is not very durable and wont take much wear and tear. If I had the money I would buy a much better chair.

I don't like the way the arms flip over and it is really hard to get the recliner to go down and stay is place you have to use a lot of force to kick it in place. But it is very comfy and looks like good leather.

This is to small for an average size man. I am 6ft and 240lbs and this should be described as a child's chair. Very dissatisfied! The quality is poor as well. Sorry just my opinion.
