Love the jam, but it was at least 3 days late on the shipping and when it arrived one of the jars had broken. So jam was everywhere and 1 jar destroyed. I went to return it and it said no returns. But I went through the hassle of calling Amazon and they refunded my money.

The package of 3 jars came in bubble wrap. The center jar had a dented lid was not sealed and was placed in a separate smaller bubble wrap bag that was also left unsealed. The result was that that middle jar leaked through out covering all the jars with Blueberry preserves. It is clear and obvious the item was shipped in that condition and not as a result of the actual shipping process. I was able to clean off the jars and 2 of the 3 jars were sealed as expected.
I will also mention that I ordered 6 jars of Strawberry that were sealed and protected properly with no issues. All jars are the 13 oz size.
