Original: Bonnie Plants is the way to go when purchasing in store or online. I was very skeptical to purchase plants online because you do not know how the quality will be and how customer service will be if needed. I made a large purchase of 17 different plants on amazon and to be honest the first shipment received the plants were not in the best shape. No worries though, a quick e-mail to Bonnie Plants customer service and I was taken care of like a quality customer. I received a new plant and boy oh boy is it beautiful. Watered just enough, nice and big, as well as looked really healthy and ready to plant. I was so pleased with my whole experience that I recommended several of my neighbors and co-workers to purchase many of the items without hesitation. I am super happy with the quality of the plant and I have never experienced such great customer service, seriously everyone else needs to take a note from these people. Just for some information I am located in Miami, FL Zone 10b and I purchased about 17 different types of plant; different types of tomatoes, bell pepper, eggplant, chives, oregano, parsley, basil, dill and mint. I would purchase them all again in a heart beat. As with any living things, you have to take care of them per the instructions on the package and on the little identification card back instructions and you should be good to go. I would suggest if you have any concerns at all to just contact Bonnie Plants directly and they will definitely help anyway they can. I am a first time gardener and I am building a veggie/herb garden with my 13 year old nephew and so far we are rocking it. If you start with a quality product it is easier to succeed.
one email to Amazon and got a refund within 1 hour. I'm very happy with my purchase and will by more plants for my herb garden from them!
