The revelation about the commercial pre-workout supplements towards the last part of the book is a big eye-opener. So, the author did not leave it at criticism level. He gave the recipes for DIY pre-work out supplements. There are so many things anyone can learn from this book.
He covers everything from mindset and common myths to an exact training routine and simple to follow diet guidelines (that you will customize for yourself). He even debunks a lot of the misinformation that exists in the world of bodybuilding supplements.
I really wish I had this book 4-5 years ago when I got started in the world of bodybuilding. It would have saved me loads of time, wasted effort, and even stomach digestives issues.
It cuts all of the useless information out and gets right to the point on bulking up right away. The book ends with a pile of tricks for troubleshooting your bulk issues. This book is great for a new beginner or someone who has been trying to bulk up and only experienced failure. This isn't a book you will want to miss!
The myths and misunderstandings that have strong roots are ruled out, so we can follow clear routines and not be distracted by such myths related to body building.
I highly recommend this book to every one. Its a must have.
