I was told left and right only train 3 to 4 times a week, stick to compound movements about 8 reps per set.. progressive overload and you will progress and grow..
I now train 6-7 days a week(about 40 min per workout) doing fullbody almost every single day low volume and many of the exercises in the 15-20 rep range..each rep you really want to feel the muscle you are working... Doing this I have made far more progress than ever before. Just remember just cause it works for some doesn't mean it will work well for you.

The revelation about the commercial pre-workout supplements towards the last part of the book is a big eye-opener. So, the author did not leave it at criticism level. He gave the recipes for DIY pre-work out supplements. There are so many things anyone can learn from this book.
It cuts all of the useless information out and gets right to the point on bulking up right away. The book ends with a pile of tricks for troubleshooting your bulk issues. This book is great for a new beginner or someone who has been trying to bulk up and only experienced failure. This isn't a book you will want to miss!
