The materials feel good and the build quality is solid. Armrests are well padded, which is hard to find these days. As others have said, the chair is bigger than it looks. Check the dimensions carefully against what you consider to be a comfortable chair, before you replace with this one.
The seat depth on this chair is close to 21 inches, which is a full inch and a half deeper than my other office chairs. I'm 5'11" and it's too deep for me, and I suspect that shorter people won't find this seat to be a good fit - especially if you don't like the lumbar pillow and remove it.
The good news is that this chair will accommodate taller/larger dudes. The reclining feature is nice, and the armrests are well designed to move with the reclining. The downside is that there is no "rock" -- that's what you sacrifice to be able to recline.

So far so good. Chair is very comfortable and I can sit her with my class for hours. The arms feel like if you had to put your full weight on them they will break. The instructions were detailed and easy to understand. This chair came a full week early, which was nice. I'll update if I see any of the problems others have had with this product.

If you are tall, heavy or any combination of the two, this chair is for you. If not..
I'd keep looking. That being said I can't see it working for most women either.
The pic above is of the new chair next to my old one. Being so tall, that back was way too short, and like most furniture (including my living room furniture), I'm used to having my knees extend way past the edge of the cushion....I'm talking a good 8" past. So most stuff just isn't made for me.
That's where this chair came in. The depth of the seat cushion area is incredibly deep. So much so that for the first time I can think of, my knees lightly touch the edge of the seat cushion. I imagine that's how most chairs fit most people, but for me, that's a novelty. Oh, and that's even with the lumbar support installed, it still sits me that deep. If you're under 6', you'll have to scoot way up to get your knees past the cushion.
My only small gripe (which may be a positive for some) is that it is very wide. I'm tall, but not wide at all, so I could see how this chair would be ideal for anyone who's a combination of tall and large.
If I could add one feature, it would be rocking, but the ability to tilt the back in addition to everything else I mentioned makes this chair a winner for me.
