My husband has a beard so obviously this was a great Choice. But oh my. It is quite an adorable book. My son loves when you hold up the book to your face to act like you have the beard described on that page.
I live this idea! I will definitely look for more from this author!
As a result, I decided we needed to buy it, and the other similar books by Donald Lemke. They have been a huge hit with all my kids. Even the older ones love it. My son, who is 8, likes reading it, and holding it up to his face to make it look like he has a beard, and the other girls have been using it to help work on their reading.
Overall, it is a fantastic book for kids, and I would absolutely recommend it for anyone with kids around the age of 4, or under.
