Now I have something that is of no use to me and that I can't make head nor tails out of. But one thing I DO know and that is this IS NOT the book I thought I was ordering. I realize I can send it back, but it's too much trouble for one little book.
It is like this through page 21 then it gets worse.
Table of Contents is : Introduction, Ch.1 History of Pilates, Ch. 2 Principles of Pilates, Ch 3 Benefits of Pilates, Ch.4 How to get started, Ch.5 Basic Exercise of Pilates for beginners, Ch.6 Other Popular Pilates Exercises, Conclusion, then other books which are The Enchiridion By Epictetus...Then it finally goes into The Book of the Giants at the end...
VERY DISAPPOINTING. Note to the publisher if you are going to publish a book on the Giants/ Nephilim on the cover and back description then your very first book should be the Giants and throw in the others in as a bonus not the other way around. I paid way to much for 21 pages of what I wanted to read and about 70 pages of crap that I have not interest in reading.
