If you know the basics of depreciation and deductions, you won't learn much.
It was well written but dumbed down too much.
I would recommend it to anyone interested in investing in Real Estate.
To me it lacked a little deeper insights into how many of these strategies work, which to be fair the book never promised.
Overall well worth the read for those starring out investing in real estate be they flippers or buying to rent.
Full of information.
So much to take away from reading this book.
Everything explained with real life examples.
Awesome book that I would recommend anyone in real estate.
The authors really made this book enjoyable to read and now I have a good understanding of how to think about and approach taxes. I now look forward to tax time!
