The scale moved. I gained 2 kilos in a week. The taste, I chose was Vanilla, but ,you can add things to it to spruce it up a bit. The flavor kind of lingers in your mouth for awhile after drinking it. Easy to digest. Cute new cartons they come in. Before they had a different design, but these new designed boxes are easy to hold, and come with screw cap.
