This guide isn't just a how to but it shows Dan's heart. This book is a must for those that are just beginning their journey of leadership for their children or even if you are old hat at it there is something for everyone!
Dan may not have had all the answers but he was relentless when it came to finding them out and seeking the right people out to get the answers for our Boosters. We are blessed that Dan shares his journey with us here. It not only tells his story but gives us the information on how we can better whatever type organization we are working in.
We don't have to grope in the darkness and try to figure it all out on our own. This one is a must!
Mr. Caldwell has done a great service to the volunteer community by putting together this book that is filled with so many good points. The need for this was great and I hope many Booster and volunteer groups will share this with their leadership teams.
