Straddling the New Year’s self-help titles and the ever-expanding genre of wedding planning lists, author Kleinberg presents a fitness guide to help brides look great for their big day. In the introduction, the author explains that she developed her program when, as a bride-to-be, she went dress shopping and couldn’t fit into any of the frocks that she liked. "The salesclerk would stand behind me holding the dress up since it wouldn’t zip up past my lower back," she recalls. Determined to look like a "beautiful, radiant bride," she pushed herself to lose five pounds a month for six months while regularly working out to tone up, and was in terrific shape for her wedding day. Kleinberg’s exercise plan combines classic weight-lifting and aerobics moves with ball exercises, all performed under high-intensity. The large smattering of record-keeping charts and photos are helpful, as are the healthy recipes at the back of the book (Grilled Tomato and Feta Sandwiches, Lemon and Garlic Roast Chicken, etc.). Budget-conscious brides won’t be thrilled with the large assortment of exercise equipment Kleinberg advocates purchasing, but most readers will be inspired by the numerous testimonials, tips and pictures from brides who happily tout the system. Between the ceremony and reception planning, some brides won’t find the time to follow Kleinberg’s intensive plan, but for those who are concerned about how those wedding pictures will look, this book will be a huge hit.

You heard me right. In 4 months I lost 45 pounds and went from wearing the XL to the Medium and sometimes even a small. I love this workout regimen. I think what makes it different aren't the fantastic exercises and nutritional sections but the fact that it really helps you with the motivation. I knew I needed to exercise more and eat less but I didn't do it until I bought this book. I love the excuses vs reason page! I recommend this book for brides, sisters, mothers and anyone that wants to lose weight for good! I am on the 'active duty' part of the book and I plan to keep it off!

If i could wrap up Tamara and her program and take them home I would! I went from being totally unmotivated to get my butt off the couch to exercising daily. i totally toned up and can now wear the clothing i want to. I feel fantastic. i have tons of energy, my confidence is soaring and i know i will be a beautiful bride. I changed my dress to something i really wanted - strapless - now that i have sexy arms. We just booked our honeymoon vacation and I can't wait to get on that bikini and hit the beach. Ladies, I highly recommend this book. The exercise routines are easy to follow, the nutritional section is tasty and the motivation keeps you going. Thanks Bootcamp360!!!!!

I am gettng married this year and decided to try losing 10 pounds for my wedding. This program really made it happen for me. It was easy to follow and I didn't need any major equipment or a gym to make it happen. I love all the motivational tips and being able to see REAL people and their before and afters. It kept me going. The recipes are yummy and the exercises are tough. I would highly recommend this to any woman that wants to get in shape. I even bought copies for all my bridesmaids so that they could do it with me. Wish us luck!

A book that is realistic in it's approach and believes in the power of health. Every woman wants to feel and look beautiful on her big day. This book is a great guide and motivates you to get there! Highly recommended.

I bought this book hopeing to get into shape for my wedding, I find it dificult to follow. Yes she does map out a plan but you have to filp back and forth and practilly memorize the book before you go to the gym to get the moves down!
