Bosch bracketless wiper blades are designed without brackets or hinges, offering improved design and performance over conventional wiper blades. The award-winning design of Bosch ICON distributes more uniform pressure along the entire length of the blade for ultimate all-season performance that lasts up to 40% longer than other premium wiper blades. The integrated wind spoiler design increases the down force on the wiper blade to prevent lift-off at highway speeds. The bracketless design and enclosed tension springs provide superior wiping performance in all weather conditions. Bosch ICON blades are the best you can buy!

There isn't much to review here except to say these are absolutely outstanding. My car has the hook-type wiper arm, so installation took literally about 20 seconds per blade. I'm not kidding. Unclip and pull off the existing one, clip these in and flip down the plastic cover, and you're done. It look longer to remove them from the box.
Although it's easy to be swayed by a new product when you're replacing something worn out, you can't argue with results. Taking a step back and really paying attention, I couldn't deny that these are absolutely silent and wipe perfectly without a single streak. They worked as well at 65 mph as they did sitting still.
Again, I can't vouch for longevity, but I would buy these again in a heartbeat.
In case you're not familiar with them, Bosch is the company that actually makes the OEM wiper blades for many high end cars (like BMW, for one). In fact, you'd probably be surprised by how much inside your car is made by Bosch. So, you're not buying from a company that is just marketing cheap parts made in China and selling it with a lot of marketing. You're getting OEM quality with these, if not better. So, when considered in that light, as well, these blades really aren't that expensive. [EDIT: Looks like I was wrong about not being made in China, sadly.]
They don't streak or chatter, and even after having them on my car for over a year, they are only streaking a small amount. That's saying something, as these have now made it through two Boston winters.
So, the blades really do last, but will you be happy with them while they do? I think so. They hold the shape of the windshield well, and never flap or vibrate, no matter how fast you're going. The bracket is solid, and worked well on the J-hook in my car. Many other "universal" mounts didn't work so well, notably the ones from the aforementioned Rain-X wipers. The single piece design is also great for those living in cold climates, as it is less vulnerable to ice and snow build-up.
Given that your eyes are the most important safety device on your car, you owe it to yourself to not skimp on wiper blades. But I'm pleased to report that despite the upfront cost, these are actually MORE cost effective than many other premium wiper blades, given that they are the only expensive wiper blades I've ever used that actually lasted longer than the cheap ones.
Tip: the A or the B after the model number (e.g. 22A) refers to the spring force of the blade (i.e. how hard it is to pull it straight). The B applies more force, and would be useful if you have a highly curved windshield. The fact that Bosch offers not just a variety of lengths down the inch, but also two different spring forces, is another indicator of the fact that these are not your average wiper blades. I found that having an A on the driver side and a B on the passenger side works best on my car. If in doubt, just try A all around, and then if you find that the blade is missing spots on the ends of the blade, return the A and get a B.
Last tip: Amazon's database is helpful, but by no means complete. If you think this will fit your car, but Amazon says it won't, ignore Amazon. They say neither blade I have on my car will work, and yet I'm extremely happy with them, as you can tell.
Update 4/6/14: I have corrected the contact issue by bending the wiper blade arm, which is metal on this vehicle. It now works excellent like the others and I have upgraded stars to reflect that.
