After using this product for 3-4 times, I was initially satisfied with its performance in all aspects. However, shortly after praising it, the product malfunctioned and stopped working. It appeared that the motor had burnt out, which is disappointing as I had hoped for more durability. As a result, I have decided to return the product and my rating has changed accordingly.

I was impressed by the drill's auxiliary handle with built-in depth gauge, which securely locked into place and provided consistent drilling depth.
I also appreciate the keyed chuck, which did a much better job of securing the bit and preventing slippage during use. I used the standard non-hammer mode with up to 3/4" bits on some tough vintage wood, and it worked well with very good torque. This drill has plenty of power and torque. The optional hammering action made masonry bits go through concrete with ease. I even used it more on metal because of the lower RPM and high torque. However, I learned to be careful because if I didn't have a good grip and the bit binds, the drill could be ripped right out of my hands. I was relieved to find that the drill was impact-resistant since it survived being ripped out of my hands without any cracked plastic corners.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase of this powerful and versatile hammer drill. It's now my go-to drill for all my home improvement projects, especially those involving masonry and tough materials.
