Top Customer Reviews
This tool did the job. I would give it a 4.5... It essentially overheated (after going through more than 6" continuous piece of wood) and gave little warning, just stopped working for about 2 hours. It's a not a beast, but it's a great tool for a tight job. I would recommend
UPDATE: I talked to Bosch technical support who tested a PS11 and 411 on the spot and found it to work. However, one of their technicians said that he had come across this issue with that tool not communicating properly with some earlier batteries. Clearly there is actual communication between tool and battery - it's not just a dumb power source. Anyway - they immediately offered to send me a new 414 to address the problem, which I would say is excellent customer service.
So although you won't be able to power your way through driving long screws, if you have an appropriate pilot hole drilled this will get you out of many a tight spot.
