So after taking my evening shower, I cut the booties open, slipped my feet in (failed to grab tape), then put on a pair of socks carefully over them. I massaged my feet a little, then just rested for 90 minutes with them on. I would have gone longer but I realized I had started this later than I should have and I wanted to sleep. But I did do the recommended 90 minutes. Then I carefully walked to the bathroom, slipped the booties off, wiped my feet, and lightly rinsed my feet. Then daily I take a washcloth to my feet and/or take a shower. This helps to get the peeling action started. I usually dont see much peeling until several days in. This is normal. I think it will continue to peel for a couple of weeks or so. Love it!
I do usually use much less expensive foot masks with similar results. I do think this has a good thing going for it by having larger booties so it can accommodate more people. There isn't anything fancy looking or smelling about this mask from Boscia , but I was interested in trying it because I tend to like their other products.

I am a big fan of foot masks. I use them about 1x per month- I think that is the typical time frame for usage. The booties are very similar to most all I have used except these are actually quite large. So if you have larger sized feet (fit my size 10/11 wide width womens feet with a couple inches or so to spare!), then these may be a contender for you. The only thing that I didn't realize as I slipped on on is that it does not come with tape to close it snug around ankle.
