Besides this, everything about this headphones is excellent and it is what you should expect when you pay that price for Bose headphones. I will come back and change this after contacting the customer service. If you see this, please label this as helpful so that other buyers can see this and put this into their consideration when they are thinking about purchasing this.
Update: I contacted the customer service over the weekend and she was really helpful throughout the process. Since my product is in warranty, I am going to send the one that I have now back to Bose and Bose will send me a new one in 5-10 days. Although the problem is solved (kinda), this is totally avoidable if Bose pays more attention to the quality of its products. Here is my suggestion when you consider buying this pair of headphones, (1) do some research on this headphones before getting it, specifically, the issue of the clicking sounds; (2) call the customer service as soon as possible when you realize your headphones have a similar problem as mine and (3) although not everyone has this problem, just prepare to deal with customer service. Though, customer service is really nice (I didn't call, I text the customer service instead).
Triple Midnight Color: I wasn't sure what color this was based on the photos here on Amazon, or anything I could find on the web. I couldn't find this color anywhere in stores, either. So I went ahead and bought it, because I didn't want silver or black. I'm so happy I did. It's a dark blue color, which matches a lot of the other blue things I have. So if you're wondering if it's a black, well... it's not. It's a dark blue, and in bright light it is even lighter. I really wish Amazon would show better photos or describe the color better for other buyers. For me, however, it was an awesome surprise... the case is blue, too. It's absolutely perfect. Another thing: on the box it says "special edition" and I'm assuming that is referring to the color.
I love these headphones. Lightweight. Sound incredible. Great color. Great controls. 5 stars all the way. Only downside is the price. They're super expensive.

La réduction de bruit est vraiment mauvaise et un souffle persiste dans l'oreille. Rien à voir avec mon premier essai.
Je me suis renseigné, sur le forum officiel bose, des centaines de consommateurs se plaignent ! A l'origine ?
First of all, let me just preface by saying if you don't care about build quality and just want the best ANC headphones available that only works in WARM weather, then go right ahead and pick up the Sony 1000xm3 because their ANC is significantly better than the Bose QC35iis.
PROs vs Sony 1000xm3:
-Better comfort in terms of headphones itself (excluding ANC). I sleep with these on with low ANC (note, I wouldn't recommend this unless you are also a face-up sleeper who doesn't turn)
-Better build quality (xm3 has very noticeable squeaky headbands after a month of usage). This is big deal because you're paying top dollar for this product and the XM3s really make me worried they will break outside warranty period.
-Better customer support (Sony's is terrible and gl if your breaks under warranty)
-Much easier to swap to another bluetooth device, via button swap. (this is a huge deal after having to turn off bluetooth everytime to swap device on the XM3)
-Slightly better Mic quality vs the XM3 (they're both not great but Bose has a better mic)
-QC35iis actually work in cold weather whereas XM3 DO NOT function properly in sub 5C weather. The touchpad controls go haywire and there is no way to disable the touchpad currently and Sony, while acknowledging this problem months ago have no produced a firmware or software update to fix this MAJOR issue. The XM2s actually don't have this issue but the XM3 does for whatever reason. You can go to their forums and find thousands of people complaining about this problem.
-QC35iis are pretty easy to change earpads. Earpads on any headphones will wear out over time, especially if you use them while you're sweating. The XM3s earpads are still change-able but not very easy to unlike the Bose. Also, XM3s earpads are more expensive to replace.
CONs vs Sony 1000xm3:
-Sonys has better ANC comfort and pure ANC. QC35iis makes a white noise that is very noticeable and even after weeks of usage, I'm still not used to it. It doesn't hurt the ears but it does bother it a bit. Sony's ANC is practically invisible, they are truly top tier if you are just focusing on ANC. Also XM3's ANC is significantly more effective, many noises can be muted on the XM3 whereas on the QC35ii I still am able to hear them clearly.
-Sony has more tech in their headphones. XM3 has a very in-depth app that has an EQ, surround sound and multiple levels of effective ANC. It can also detect if you're moving or stopping and automatically adjust the ANC so you can still hear vehicles passing by (this a gimmicky feature but I can see it being useful when you're walking/running outdoors)
-XM3s has a touchpad. This is good or bad depending on what you're using your headphones for. If you're sleeping with them on like I am, it's very bad because the touchpads can be affected by fabric on my bed and automatically change or pause music.
-XM3s has a better battery (roughly 10hrs longer life). This is not very noticeable for most users but I can still notice it because I use my headphones almost on a 24/7 basis. Also the XM3s charges faster than the QC35iis.
-Don't buy the XM3 if you are planning to use it outdoors in cold weather because they will malfunction
-QC35iis has better comfort (I wear them almost 24/7), Xm3s is close but I still need to take them off for breaks
-ANC is superior on the XM3
-XM3 has more modern tech
-QC35ii clearly has better build quality. Headbands don't squeak like the XM3s do after a month of use.
-Bose has better customer service, don't believe me? just try to go refund your Sonys through warranty.
-XM3 has a 10hr longer battery life with faster charge speed
If you want the best tech on ANC headphones on the market but at the expense of them possibly breaking and having to re-buy them again, go with the Sony XM3. (but remember, only if you don't plan to use them outside during cold weather)
If you want something with much better build quality and will last you longer but at the expense of older tech, go with the Bose QC35ii.
This product unexpectedly has a few significant cons.
The battery does not last 20 hours wireless. In fact, it is around 13-16 hours. Still, it is quite good. I didn't listen to them for 40 hours with wire. So I can't judge on it but the headphones' producer claim that it has hat much of a battery. Also, the sound is pretty mediocre.
But the most annoying thing is that the headphones lose the Bluetooth signal regularly. I mean, even when my phone is is my pocket. They just lose it for a few seconds. (Phone - Huawei Honor 10)
It take a lot of time for them to start playing the audio (2-5 secs). When you reboot headphones they usually start to work properly but they are not meant to be rebooted 7 times a day, it's frustrating for $503 including tax. I couldn't live with this and I returned the item. It gets on my nerves that the "premium" product has such a disadvantage.
Everytime when I do anything with my phone, like unlocking it or opening the any other application from the audio player it loses the signal for a few seconds which didn't take place with any other headphones I used before. It's unacceptable for this price, in my view.
Maybe this pair of headphones is broken but it didn't feel like that, everything else worked properly as the producer claims.
So, it is about you to decide whether to buy it.
