5.0 out of 5 stars Fabulous story Author Shows Linda I was so taken by these characters - midway through the book they began to feel like friends. What can I say about the story? It's not a cookie cutter romance, rather one that is just different enough to capture and hold my attention. This is my first time reading this author, but it certainly won't be the last.
5.0 out of 5 stars Charming Romance Deborah Lloyd
Boss has several interesting facets, such as Dane's and his companion/driver's history; Jules' career as a pediatrician; her relationship with her aunt; her ongoing grief regarding the deaths of her parents; details surrounding day-to-day life with a service dog. The character development of both Dane and Jules is complex and realistic. The writing flows smoothly, contributing to an easy read, engaging the reader from the first page to the last. As the title indicates, this book appears to be the first of a series, and readers will be fascinated to see what happens next. Author Deborah Armstrong has written a charming romance in Boss (Game Changer Book 1).
5.0 out of 5 stars Boss stands out above it competition Grant Leishman
Within its genre of cozy (almost perfectly clean) romance, Boss does stand out above its competition. If you like a good, clean romance, with a strong female lead and a sensitive male lead, this is absolutely the book for you. I enjoyed it and can highly recommend it.
