I purchased the Botticelli Fire Roasted Sweet Red Peppers from Amazon Fresh just because I needed some for a recipe and I discovered an option tastier and cheaper (under $3) that I can get in my grocery stores.
Most times roasted peppers have an odd acidic taste, but these ones have a decent roasted flavor (but still not close to my grandmother roasting peppers in the backyard).
They're not too salty, not too sweet (although they could skip the sugar), there's no vinegar in sight and I could even drink the juices at the end.
I really enjoyed them in salads and pasta dishes, they're quite firm, not mushy at all.
