This is the matching stand and it is solidly built and very easy to assemble. After I posted this review, I read the reviews about the troubles assembling other Bowflex stands.....no worries here. The trays are shipped with "rubber" feet, which need to be removed in order to be attached to the stand. Remember to keep the rubber feet and do not discard them. I recently went on a vacation and decided to take one dumbbell and tray. You need the tray to insert the dumbbell into it, so that you can change the weight setting. I put the rubber feet back on and put the dumbbell and tray into my trunk. At my hotel, I didn't have to go and search for a gym.
The back holder on the rack is to hold your phone or tablet. I am 5' 11" and the height is just fine. Some have complained that the stand is too low. It has a small footprint and it is black, which makes it easy to keep in the corner of a room inconspicuously.
The bench in my attached picture is NOT from Bowflex, but is by Marcy. You can find it here: https://www.amazon.com/Marcy-Pro-Utility-Weight-Bench/dp/B017Y14HEC/ref=sr_1_1?s=sports-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1477599492&sr=1-1&keywords=marcy+pro+utility+weight+bench
This bench is collapsable AND it arrives assembled. Do not pay for assembly. You just need to tighten things up. This bench fits my needs because I wanted a portable/collapsable bench. If you are lifting barbells too, then I'd opt for a bench with a higher weight capacity. I wanted the Ironmaster bench, but in reality, it would have been too big. Amazon has a great variety of benches to choose from. Make sure the bench you buy, can do what you need, i.e. incline, decline, flat, etc.
Lastly, when buying a Bowflex stand, make sure you are buying the corresponding stand that matches your specific Selecttech set. I do recommend this stand versus having to set the weights down on the floor or on a piece of furniture.
My only real complaint with this stand is that it is almost 8 inches lower than the 552 stand, so you have to bend over more, however it is the perfect height for using with a weight bench. It would be nice if you could manually adjust the height on it. It also doesn't have a "handle" on the back like the makeshift one on the 552 stand, so it isn't as convenient to move around. It does get the job done though and is reasonably priced.
