Like this brace. Easy to put on and adjust, just what I needed. I found that it also works well to protect my elbow when I shoot my rifle off of a table/bench rest...the recoil causes abrasion and bruising on my elbow and this also protects it. A little bit pricey for what it is, but it works and seems well made.

This product has helped me so much with my elbow pain, I fell about a month back and landed on my bad elbow, which I have broken in the past, causing a sprain. this has helped keep my elbow supported while still allowing me to use it with minimal to no pain, and still be able to use that arm, compared to the sling my campus PA gave me. the issue is that the inside is this rough texture that can cause its own, unique discomfort. it rubs against the skin and after 2 days of use you'll start to see a rash forming from it. it's also really easy to put it on too tight and cut off circulation.

The brace does stop the pain , easy to put on and comfortable. The problem I’m having with it is . With a short sleeve shirt it stays in place fairly well, but under a long sleeve shirt or sweatshirt it slides down the arm after some movement. As long as a person is aware of this when purchasing it I would recommend it.

This brace is okay for restricting you from bending your elbow easily but did not relieve any of my elbow pain. If anything, it added to it because I needed to wear it to the point it was cutting off circulation to get elbow pain relief.

This product arrived promptly, was well packaged and was the size ordered. The first thing we discovered was that although it did give you instructions on how to fit it, fitting was very difficult if you were on your own. Each time you tried to put any tension on one of the two straps it would spin around on your arm. If you had someone to help you then fitting was quite simple and getting the tension right also easy. It is possible on your own but does take longer to get it right.
Once it is fitted it is very comfortable and does relive some of the pain from the elbow joint. I think it is worth the money paid.

Why I didn't buy this product sooner is beyond me! The pain from my tennis elbow has been getting worse to the point that painkillers were only taking the very edge off the shooting pains associated with the condition so it was an absolute god-send to have received this product so quickly. From day one of putting it on, I've not had to take one painkiller. Not one. The elbow support is easy to put on, easy to adjust and provides very good, comfortable support. Personally, even when it's strapped up quite firmly, I don't find it restricts my movements too much. And to be honest, a little restricted movement is the least of my worries when it helps give great support and relieves the necessity for me to take pills. I'm happy to recommend a product that, in the case of tennis elbow, really helps in providing that relief whilst giving great support.

My elbow was really falling apart
looked into this kit. used it often and voila, pain and discomfort was gone after a couple of months. The only thing is that it would occasionally itch me. Also for it to be effective against my muscles, it needed to be tight and when it is tight, it does cause a bit of discomfort. When it's not tight, I find it is not as effective nor do I notice any support. I still have it in case my elbow decides to act funny again, though I hope it doesn't.

I've bought this elbow support due to having developed "tennis elbow" by playing sports. I decided to purchase this elbow support to alleviate the pain and help in the recovery process.

I have given it 2 stars, just because of the fact that the elbow support does in fact alleviate the pain while strapped on. However, that is the only positives I can say about the product. I found the elbow support to be very uncomfortable to use and the tiny holes on the inside made for ventilation does trap the skin and makes it really itchy if used for over an hour. Also the design of 2 straps to secure the elbow support is flawed, it is hard to put it on properly by yourself and also when bending the elbow, the 2 straps overlap causing it to restrict blood flow as it gets quite tight.

After 2 weeks of use I decided to stop using it. I'll be looking for a better elbow support that does the job and is comfortable to use for a longer period of time without causing discomfort and itchiness.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product to others. There are better options out there for similar or even cheaper prices.

I needed something to support my elbow and forearm with bicep curls as I’d developed tennis elbow. I checked out a few things on Amazon, but this was my final choice and I’m pleased I did.
I was really worried I’d lose momentum of weights due to the pain in my forearm/elbow. I’ve had to adjust my training but I can still do bicep curls so I’m over the moon. I can’t do lateral raises yet, but hopefully that will come.
Not only can I continue with weight training, but the pain in my forearm/elbow has lessened.
